Kitara FC have extended their Shs15,000 early-bird ticket offer after supporters bought more than 2,000 physical tickets within six hours on Wednesday.

The discounted ordinary tickets were sold from the club offices in Hoima between 7am and 1pm ahead of Saturday’s continental fixture.

Following the strong response, Kitara president Deo Kasozi confirmed the Shs15,000 physical ticket offer will continue through Thursday and Friday.

The extension gives supporters another opportunity to purchase ordinary tickets below the standard Shs20,000 price before the early-bird window closes.

Online ordinary tickets will remain available at Shs20,000, while supporters seeking VIP access will continue paying Shs50,000.

Kasozi added that physical ordinary tickets will return to Shs20,000 on Saturday, provided they remain available by matchday.

The decision follows encouraging demand around Kitara’s CAF Confederation Cup return leg against Mogadishu City Club at Hoima City Stadium.

More than 2,000 tickets were purchased during Wednesday’s six-hour early-bird window, highlighting growing interest surrounding another continental occasion in Bunyoro.

Kitara carry a 2-1 advantage into the return leg after winning the opening encounter against Mogadishu City at the same venue.

That result places the Royals in a strong position, although another demanding contest awaits before qualification can be confirmed.

The club will also be hoping the extended ticket offer encourages another large turnout as supporters continue embracing continental football in Hoima.

Fans purchasing physical ordinary tickets on Thursday or Friday therefore save Shs5,000 compared with the standard online and matchday price.

For supporters delaying until Saturday, availability will become another consideration because remaining physical tickets will cost Shs20,000.
